The study was implemented with the goal of "Evaluating the treatment effectiveness of Antivirus Solution aerosol therapy on patients with acute respiratory infections at the Agricultural General Hospital". The study design used was a controlled clinical trial on 171 patients with acute respiratory infections (comparing the treatment response of antiviral solution nebulized therapy with a group of patients who did not use it) from May 1. April 2023 to November 2023 at Agriculture General Hospital. The results showed that the group of patients who used antivirus solution in treatment had the number of days without symptoms of "itchy throat, wheezing, and poor appetite" faster than the group of patients who did not use it; The intervention group's treatment improvement days were faster than the control group's, and the average treatment days were similar. It is safe to use antiviral solution with combined aerosol therapy in the treatment of respiratory tract infections.
